This privacy policy applies to the 창업연구소 app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by startup_lab (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

  • The time spent on the Application

  • The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Third Party Access Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Opt-Out Rights & Data Retention Policy You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at nalgajoo@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Special Notice on App Features (Data Storage & Consultation) 본 앱은 사용자가 입력한 창업 비용 분석 결과 및 메모(견적 데이터)를 서비스 제공 및 백업을 위해 암호화된 통신을 통해 Google Spreadsheets에 저장할 수 있습니다. 해당 데이터는 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 저장되며, 앱 기능 제공 외의 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.

[본사 다이렉트 가맹 상담 서비스에 대한 개인정보 수집 및 제3자 제공 안내] 본 앱은 '프랜차이즈 본사 다이렉트 가맹 상담' 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용자의 명시적인 동의를 받아 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 제3자에게 제공합니다.

  • 수집 항목: 이름, 연락처(전화번호), 창업 희망 지역

  • 수집 및 이용 목적: 사용자가 요청한 프랜차이즈 본사와의 가맹 상담 연결 및 안내

  • 개인정보를 제공받는 자(제3자): 사용자가 상담을 요청한 해당 프랜차이즈 본사

  • 보유 및 이용 기간: 상담 신청 완료 후 6개월 이내 파기 (단, 관계 법령에 의해 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 기간까지 보존)

[Information Collection and Third-Party Sharing for Franchise Consultation] For the "Franchise Consultation Request" feature, the Application collects your Name, Phone Number, and Desired Region with your explicit consent. This personally identifiable information is directly shared with the specific franchise headquarters you selected to provide consultation services. The collected data will be deleted within 6 months after the consultation is completed.


[구글 드라이브 동기화 및 데이터 백업에 대한 안내] 본 앱은 사용자의 '임장노트' 데이터(텍스트, 사진, 영상 포함)를 기기 분실이나 변경으로부터 안전하게 보호하기 위해, 사용자의 명시적인 동의를 받아 Google Drive API를 사용합니다.

  • 수집 및 이용 목적: 사용자의 개인 Google Drive 계정에 임장노트 데이터를 ZIP 파일 형태로 백업하고 복원하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

  • 데이터 접근 제한: 본 앱은 오직 앱 자체에서 생성한 백업 폴더 및 파일에만 접근하며, 사용자의 다른 Google Drive 파일에는 접근하지 않습니다.

  • 데이터 보관 및 공유: 백업된 데이터는 사용자의 개인 Google Drive에만 직접 저장되며, 개발자의 외부 서버로 전송되거나 제3자와 절대 공유되지 않습니다.

  • Google API 제한적 사용 요건 준수: 본 앱이 Google API를 통해 수신한 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 제한적 사용 요건(Limited Use requirements)을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 엄격히 준수합니다.

[Google Drive Sync & Data Backup Policy] To protect your "Site Memo" data (including texts, photos, and videos) from device loss or change, this Application utilizes the Google Drive API with your explicit consent.

  • Purpose of Use: The access is used strictly for backing up and restoring your data as a ZIP file to your personal Google Drive account.

  • Limited Access: The Application only accesses the specific backup folders and files created by the Application itself, and does not access your other personal files on Google Drive.

  • Data Storage & Sharing: The backed-up data is stored directly and only on your personal Google Drive. We do not transmit your Google Drive data to our external servers, and we absolutely do not share it with any third parties.

  • Compliance with Google API Limited Use Policy: The Application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
